LALI awaits guests!

A new restaurant LALI, created in collaboration with Arkadiy Novikov and the Family Garden restaurant holding, has opened in Tashkent, offering a unique perspective on national cuisine by unveiling traditional dishes with unexpected flavor combinations.

LALI is a gentle and beautiful Uzbek woman who personifies oriental hospitality. Authentic recipes in modern interpretation and perfected masterpieces of Uzbek cuisine, recipes of which were specially collected in different regions of the country, are waiting for the restaurant's guests. Secrets of meat preparation have been brought from ancient Bukhara, the tastiest fish from Urgench, and exquisite samsa from remote corners of Uzbekistan.

The menu, crafted by Chef Ruslan Italmazov, reflects several years of dedication to creating a dining experience that allows guests to appreciate the rich heritage of Uzbek traditions while enjoying unforgettable gastronomic delights.

Particular attention should be paid to the ambiance of the establishment. The interior of the restaurant is adorned in heavenly blue and sandy hues, showcasing an organic blend of natural textures and vibrant patterns, immersing guests in the atmosphere of a true Eastern fairy tale. The meticulous attention to detail, from the furniture to the accessories, adds a special charm to the space. The staff is attentive and friendly, ensuring a comfortable experience for every guest.

Among the dishes worth noting is the salad with lamb and roasted eggplant. The braised goat in kaymak is also a must-try—tender and rich, it leaves a delightful impression. For drinks, the lemonade with its unusual combination of pear and quince stands out as a refreshing choice with vibrant flavor.

Restaurant LALI showcases an impressive level of service and mastery in presenting national dishes with an original twist, creating a place that invites guests to return. This is the fourth project by the Novikov Group in Tashkent, following the successful launches of the restaurants "Сыроварня," "Южанин," and "PRO.Хинкали."
